If you have any reservations about trying CrossFit, put them aside and go for it! The quality of coaches is top notch! They are highly knowledgeable when it comes to technique, form, and safety. I love the people and overall atmosphere. You will be encouraged, challenged, supported, and celebrated no matter where you are in your health journey! I’m so grateful for this gym and the impact it has made in my daily routine, health and nutrition.
I joined SideYard CrossFit with some hesitation. I wasn’t sure if I was fit enough, strong enough, or young enough to fit in. Starting from my very first visit, everybody there, both coaches and clients alike, have been supportive, welcoming, and very, very friendly. The trainers truly care about each person, take their time to explain every movement, progression, and modification. i’ve been there a month now, and I feel like I’m starting to get stronger, feel more confident, and make progress. I would recommend side yard CrossFit to anybody, of any age or fitness ability. It’s a great work out and a great community.
SideYard Training is the best CrossFit Box in the Treasure Valley. They have great equipment and resources to help you reach your goals at all different levels. The coaching staff is unmatched, some of the best coaching I’ve seen, and they have the tools and certifications to teach all different movements at many different levels. The environment at SideYard Training is truly AMAZING. You will always walk in and be greeted with a smile. The people you get to train with everyday and surround yourself with are awesome people and will help push you towards your goals, and be in your corner at all times. The energy and environment is nothing short of feeling like your at home. The gym is very clean and organized, and constantly getting new equipment and training tools. There is great drinks and protein bars for purchase to keep you fueled on the go.
The results and knowledge I have gained from SideYard are superior and I’m excited to continue learning skills and knowledge within the CrossFit world. If you are wanting to up your training and nutrition, or your just getting started SideYard training is the place to be.

Sideyard CrossFit is amazing! My husband and I love coming to this gym and We are able to bring our 3 boys with us too , which is a huge plus! The coaches are all very knowledgeable with teaching correct form and full of positive energy. I can’t say enough about this gym!
This place is actually the best! I was super hesitant to join CrossFit at first because I had never even been to a gym and wasn’t sure I would be able to do it but the coaches and everyone there are soooo friendly and make sure that you’re comfortable and are a great support! They super flexible and make sure that you know what you’re doing so you’re safe (that might be the best part) and adjust the workouts to fit your ability and comfort level but at the same time they’ll push you so you can progress. And they make it fun! I’d give them 10/10 if I could:)
