My kiddo loves the playground. Needs more swings. Could also use better signage about the disc golf course...I'd like to sit on the grass around the park but unsure if I'd be in a player's way
Clean park with a beautiful view of the lake! The playground has fake grass and a very accessible play area. Even my crawling 7 month could enjoy exploring! The swings were here favorite though 😊
Super cute park with a walking path. Close to the lake but not on it, so no waterfront views. Playground for the kids and several covered picnic tables for eating. Super.clean and well maintained with good parking. Disc golf course too. Only downside, not much shade, so be sure to bring sunscreen.
Update - this place gets windy!! Be sure to bring a hat, scarf and gloves to walk here in the winter. Place was deserted on a Saturday morning in early December, my guess is the weather is a bit of a deterrent.
You like hiking and love having a amazing view to look at for a park well this is an amazing. one to go to and the disc golf course is amazing and challenging but they did make it more beginner friendly for a lot of the new players in the growing sport
We love the view of the lake and the large playground. The shelters are nicely spaced throughout the park. I wish it had a bit more shade and that there was soap in the restrooms. I am also pleased that there were trash cans available at the shelters. The playground does not use bark chips but the recycled rubber material which is nice for kids to play.
