I think it's great 👍they been really good with my dog she loves it I have a Rottweiller and she loves the staff there

I had to show my fur baby the way to the Rainbow Bridge today. The staff was compassionate, gave me as much time as I needed. Talked me thru every step and even gave me a much needed hug and words of sympathy and affirmation I had made the right choice for an elderly cat that was suffering. The compassion this staff has is beyond what was expected. Thank you for your help in this difficult time.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. I saw Dr Konsella. She was very nice. Very knowledgeable! I feel like my dogs have a new doctor that will take very good care of them.

Went to Dr. Bingham for my dogs dental cleaning and was very pleased with the results! My dog has high anxiety and they handled her very well and she came out of the clinic relaxed and happy. They communicated very well what they were doing and sent me text updates throughout the day on my dogs status. Prices were very reasonable. I am a dental hygienist so I was very critical of the dental cleaning, but thought they did an amazing job! I would definitely recommend IPH for all your dogs needs!

I’m not sure who Dr Hall was, but he appears to have been loved by many so I’m sure he was great.
To those that are unhappy with the change in ownership, I would say I understand that change can be hard. From life events, jobs, and yes our beloved pets.
My experience with IPH today was great. (First time visitor) All the gals there were very kind, helpful, and welcoming.
The Dr seemed to be experienced, and was very patient and loving towards my dog.

I have absolutely zero connection to this place or it’s staff. This was simply my experience.

It’s awesome that Dr Hall was loved, but don’t let a change in season fuel your negative thoughts towards this place. Change is a given in life. We adapt, learn, and progress through it.

As for me, I had a great experience and would feel confident bringing my dog here again.
