We'd never been to an all-inclusive resort, and Susie helped us select the one that was right for us. I love that the resort cost, upgrades, and flights were all wrapped up with into a bottom-line price that worked for our budget! She tracked Mexico's COVID-19 protocols and provided timely information for weeks prior to our trip, all the way up until departure.

This travel agent was outstanding. There was not one thing we wanted that she hadn't already thought of, and had taken care of, including forms, etc. for entering Mexico. The all-inclusive resort we stayed at, selected by our travel agent, was EXCELLENT. We had 0 issues with transportation, including to-and-from the resort we stayed at, all of this was expertly handled by Cruisy Susie. We did one all-day excursion to Tulum, a Mayan National Monument, then went swimming in a cave, followed by a snorkeling expedition in a cinote (sp?) and a nice beachside lunch. WOW! Overall, a FABULOUS job by our travel agent.
