Extremely fair and skilled repair. I brought an old Dyson in and the had parts on hard and were able to repair my vacuum quickly. I will bring my future business here for new purchases and repair work.
I took my 15 year old Kirby in for a minor repair and tune up. My vacuum came back as good as the day I bought it, at a more than reasonable price. This is an honest business, with integrity. Seems like its getting harder and harder to find this in todays world. Perry is amazing. I know where I will be purchasing my next vacuum cleaner!
Perry & Michelle at Abnot's Vacuum Center is an absolute all star for vacuum parts & accessories

My first visit to this business. Great experience. Had exactly what I needed at a great price. The atmosphere in the store reminds me of a line in author Tom Peters book In Search of Excellence "People like doing business with people who like doing business." I could tell right away Abbott's likes doing business and making sure the customer it taken care of. Looking forward to the next time I need supplies.
Did my research before coming in.... Knew that I wanted a bag vacuum rather than a canister for longetivity purposes. I've always purchased Dyson, Bissell, Hoover, etc and none of them have lasted more than a few years. We have an old (bagged) Oreck in the family which works well but I wanted attachments. I questioned the owner about dual motors (one for brush, one for suction), pivoting heads, lifespan, repair costs (the Dyson I had was more to repair elsewhere than it cost), bag costs, belt life, using attachments while the brush was spinning, etc.... He was VERY knowledgeable (he's been in the business for 40yrs) and you can tell, passionate, in all things vacuums. That being said, I got a great deal on a Riccar (though it was hard to decide which model! ) and grabbed some bags as well. I have a great shop if I need maintenance done and will definitely come back and never get a "box store" vacuum again. I HIGHLY recommend this place.
