(August 2, 2022, 4:39 pm)Rob was very professional and accommodating. He performed “complete” review of my laptop problem and explained what the problem was most likely. With the laptop still under manufacturer’s warranty, Rob assumed all responsibility and actions necessary to contact the manufacture and arrange for “onsite” technical repair at his location. Rob ensured that the assigned Manufacturer technician completed the repairs efficiently and complete. Rob performed an excellent job as my liaison with the manufacture and worked diligently, until the issue was completely resolved. My kudos for such a dedicated and professional involvement with getting my issues solved. Great job, Rob!!!
(February 26, 2021, 6:13 pm)Rob has been great to work with. My wife and I use Apple technology ( several devices) but we are tech dummies. Rob keeps our equipment safe and running efficiently and is very patience when he teaches us about something new or a better way of doing it. I recommend anyone, home or business, to try his service; you will be very happy you did.
(June 26, 2020, 11:46 am)I had a computer that was locked up due to too many incorrect passwords. I searched the internet for someone to unlock it. It seemed that most of the links brought up on my other computer were not going to be compatible with my needs, and wanted to do work remotely. I called Rob and arranged a time for him to work on it. Since I live 130 miles away in Oregon, it was nice that he could squeeze my little job on short notice. He actually finished before I had completed my Costco run.
I found him to be very nice , competent and best of all honest. I am up there in years and I am used to computer geeks that think that as a senior citizen I know nothing about computers.
I will be taking whatever computer needs I have, back again, and I would encourage others to do so.
(January 23, 2020, 11:13 am)Rob did a quick, thorough and fast job getting our business computer up and running - literally overnight!! He even picked it up! Price was reasonable and a heck of a lot less than a new computer. 208ProTech will be our go-to computer maintenance solution moving forward.
(December 7, 2019, 11:05 pm)I asked Rob for advice on finding a laptop. He found a great laptop that is perfect for my home office and my school needs. It is a Dell that is well made and I haven't had any issues. He even helped me set it up so it’s set up perfectly for what I need. It's light and fast with a great screen, and it fit the tight budget I gave him. I'm using it daily for my homework and my home office needs. In addition, I know that Rob does a lot of computer repair, and would be great at helping troubleshoot and repair my computer or network if that time comes. I finally have a favorite laptop and a trusted and local service professional Thanks for your help Rob. I will recommend you to everyone I know that needs your services.
