(May 2, 2022, 7:39 pm)We have a 12 year old dog that has been having a couple accidents in the night. Called Alert Carpet Cleaning and I must say how great the carpet looks and smells! I thought for sure it was a remove and replace job but they saved the day and thousands of dollars!
(November 29, 2021, 12:29 pm)Kurt and Crystal were great to work with, cleaned all our carpets in about 2 1/2 hours (2000 sf). We had lots of dirt patterns imbedded in the carpet and they are gone! Alert Carpet will be my go to carpet cleaners from now on!
(June 17, 2015, 11:33 am)From the first phone call to when Kurt arrived at my house to clean all of my carpet and tile, I felt very comfortable having him in my home. The walk through was very thorough and he explained the process and focused on the problem areas on my floors, making sure I was aware of all possible outcomes. Kurt went above and beyond to make sure the carpet and tile got as clean as possible. My carpets hadn't been cleaned in a VERY long time and I had an extremely messy renter but now my floors look great! I'll definitely be a return customer.
