I was in a car wreck and wasn't sure what to do. Aaron and his staff are amazing and have helped to get me back to normal. The knowledge and support I received was amazing. I went through a round of treatment called dry needling that too be honest I was apprehensive about and was concerned about another"snake oil" treatment, but the results don't lie! I feel better than I did before my accident!

The experience I had with Aaron Knox PT at The Physical Therapy Place was one of the best I’ve had from any medical provider. I’ve spent a few months here after getting various treatments from multiple providers the past two years and I honestly wish I went here sooner.

From day one, Aaron was friendly and took his time to figure out the best treatment options for me. His guidance is flawless and I always felt comfortable to move at my pace.

At the beginning, he focused on gradually releasing my sore/tense muscles. Then as treatment progressed, I was able to began strengthening exercises that I couldn’t do before his help. Not only was my pain decreasing and my body noticeably healing after every visit, but I also had so much fun at the same time!

Aaron is so fun to talk to- I found myself gladly talking his ear off and sharing funny stories. My fiancé would sit in with me during my appointments and he felt welcomed by Aaron as well. Aaron’s optimistic personality is exactly what I needed as I continue navigating one of the hardest times in my life- rebuilding a normal life after a serious car accident.

Other side notes:
- Both the Nampa and Meridian locations are very professional, clean and welcoming - I slightly prefer the meridian one because the surrounding location is in a quieter, less busy area.
- He gave me exercises to do in between appointments and they really made the difference in speeding up the recovery process.

After a car accident, it was Aaron Knox that helped me get back to feeling like myself! I was seen by another provider right after my accident (for 8 weeks) and saw little to no progress. I then started seeing Aaron and he was incredibly helpful, and I felt progress after just a few visits!!! 100% would recommend to anyone.

I very much enjoyed the care and treatment I received from Aaron. Aaron is extremely knowledgeable in his practice and really makes you feel like your treatment plan is the most important thing to him. Dry needling was something I had never heard of until I had it done myself there. Week after week, Aaron constantly worked on my injuries from a car wreck I was in and today I feel so much better. His office is a great atmosphere, always clean and his professionalism is outstanding. This is the BEST place to be for someone injured or just living in constant pain. I will always recommend Aaron as he is by far the BEST Physical Therapist out there!

If only I could give 6 stars!! I was treated by Aaron (with support of his stellar team) following a severe car accident. He made physical therapy not only a successful part of my recovery process, but surprisingly also an enjoyable one. In addition to providing a positive experience while in the clinic, Aaron has armed me with knowledge, tools and practices to use in my daily routine and for the rest of my life. With everything I've gained through my experience at the Physical Therapy Place, I'm looking forward to a pain free future featuring a stronger me! 😁
