“I'm from Canada and my husband got into a jam with his mountain bike while we were traveling. We stopped by George's and they were outstanding to deal with. They fixed his bike quickly and had us back in the road within an hour. The staff were very knowledgeable and informative and efficient. Thanks very much guys.”

“Jason is excellent. He and his team was fantastic to work with. They were really fast helping me get all the repairs done for my evil following. I thought these repairs would be extremely expensive but they were very reasonable and worth every penny. I wish I lived closer to use there services for all my bike needs.”

“I live out of state, but use The Gypsy Petaler to send gifts to all my friends and extended family in the Treasure Valley. My mom and sisters especially love her bouquets! They’ve told me they always last a long time. She is my absolute FAVORITE florist! Everything she creates is incredibly beautiful!!! I’ve sent them for birthdays, Mother’s Day, and recently “just because”. It’s a great way to let my loved ones know I’m thinking of them. My only complaint is that I wish she had a location closer to me! 💕💕💕”

“Good selection of products. Friendly knowledgable staff. Went above and beyond to make sure my wife liked her new mountain bike and knew how it worked. Even if we were pushing business hours. We’ll be back!”

“This is my go-to shop for repairs or maintenance on our E-bikes. I had a tire blow. They got to it quickly. Suggested I rotate the tires. Never thought about that on a bike. But a great idea considering these are the original tires with nearly 6,000 miles on them and the rear tire wears a bit faster. The bike wasn't shifting well and rarely would go into 8th gear. The rest of the gears seemed to drag. I had the shop where I bought the bike try to fix this and they failed. Tri Town nailed it. The bike has never shifted better. They also noticed one of the brakes was dragging a bit and took care of it. Great people, professional, honest and do outstanding work. Thanks!”

“I bought a road bike from this outfit in 2012 when I retired. They have been great with service and attention to the details. The staff are all very knowledgeable and attentive. I cannot praise this team any higher.”

“This small "ma & pa" shop is unbelievably FANTASTIC! Support this small local bike shop WHENEVER possible. Good ol' fashioned friendly service. I wanted some 520 wide bike packing bars. Wide is the future (smile). Ryan sold his last pair a day or so earlier. I told him that was a bummer as I was leaving on a trip and would need to use my old bars. Ryan took the time to promptly email me and offer a 15% discount on the same bars that he had on a demo bike. He offered to spend the time to remove the tape and brake levers for me and sell me these bars - - they were essentially brand new!! why do this extra work AND offer me a 15% discount when he is already the same price as online sellers? Ryan King clearly cares about his customers. Ryan is extremely knowledgable and polite. When I met him at his shop, I told him "please charge me full price for the bars". It just seemed wrong to take advantage of a small shop during these COVID times and accept a deeper discount when he is going out of the way to help ME. BTW, Ryan GAVE me a "take-off" stem to go with the bars and I asked how much? He said, "free - it is a take off". I said, "I would like to pay for it" and Ryan replied, "I do not want to charge you - it is a "take-off". He also had many brand new options available. While in his store, I asked a couple questions about saddles and I never felt rushed. Ryan was extremely kind and listened to my questions. I decided to purchase a $90 saddle, and told him his has earned my business 100% moving forward. *PEOPLE - it is EASY* to shop online. I have done it. As cyclists and bike packers we are doing small shops and good guys like Ryan wrong, by shopping elsewhere. I would rather pay MORE in Ryan's store, as needed for all the reasons we all should. Let's do what is RIGHT. Thank YOU very much your help and support Ryan King - amazing. Be well and thank you again for just being available during these times.”

“Called ahead to verify hours of service, they took my call on the first ring and immediately answered my question. Went in after that to purchase chain lube, received prompt and friendly service. The bike chain was lubed right away and I was on my way in under five minutes! In their favor, they already had better hours than my regular shop but the service also surpassed what I'm accustomed to! I will definitely be returning to them for all my purchases and repairs from now on!”
