When we first got there, we were a party of eight, we were made to wait about ten minutes allowing them to set up our table for we had a double amputee in our party. They are very accommodating. In that time I had the opportunity to look the place over. Great ambiance looking like a huge wooden cabin. The cuisine was exceptional. The variety of soups and salads we're multiple. Claim Jumper has a very extensive menu from chicken,steal ribs, burgers,and other specialties. We all had different mains and we were all pleased with our entrees. The ribs were a real hit as was my country fried steak. It reminded me of the country fried steak I only get down south. The waitstaff was truly knowledgeable and amicable. And last but not least was the delicious warm, right out of the oven cheese bread they serve to get you started. What a great discovery.”

There's also a great rewards program that you can join where you can earn points for your purchases. “Service was pretty slow but our waiter was great, I believe his name is Randy, he let us know right off the bat that the kitchen was a running little behind so it would take a while to get our food out. He was very friendly and checked up on us often. The girl that brought our food out to us was very rude, she seemed upset with us when we told her some of our order was missing. I would recommend Randy 100% though. Great customer service!”
