“A simple, small gym that is great if you want to do traditional workouts. You won't find fancy classes, saunas or what not but you get what you pay for. It is nice that it is open 24 hours and the staff is friendly. I do wish they offered towels because it is a bit tough to carry a damp, sweaty gym towel in my gym bag until I can get home and dump it. I would also recommend going between 5pm to 7pm because you may struggle to find parking.”

I had Vanessa I think a while ago && I remember liking her I think as well. By far this is the best Elements location. Everytime I call they can get me in that day && usually in a few hours. Since I'm so impulsive w/ my scheduling && usually want it within that hour sometimes I'll choose to take a random therapist instead of waiting a couple of hours for the one I requested. At this Elements location they've all good so far && I've been a happy VIP member 1 year.”
