Over worked with not enough staff. There was a lady who was behind the bar but was not a bar tender. Who had an attitude when she was asked if she was. Good place to go but not a good place to hold a party period”

“Easy pickup for flex, but they won't swap blocks for you. Got stuck with a 100 mile block, and when you bring that to their attention they tell you to read your terms when you signed up well nowhere in the terms does it say you have to do 118 mileblock that I just did today on 1/24/23..... FLEX IS TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! Buy a small car if you want to make any money and don't listen to the large vehicle required for 4 hour or longer routes!”

“I stopped by there last week, no appt and chatted with another customer who was waiting for their appt. I have a 89 year old friend in a memory care facility and wanted to have his hearing aid ends changed. I left and decided to come back later. Apparently the customer told him what I wanted. Gage came out to my car and told me to come back inside. I left them with him for an hour or so and he fixed them without charge and my friend hadn’t even purchased them there! He was a previous customer, though. Was very pleased with his service and thoughtfulness. Would definitely recommend!”
