“I have always had a great experience with Hearing Life and the Staff is exceptional. I must admit I am a little disappointed due to a current situation. I misplaced/lost one of my hearing aids. After. I couldn't find it I called and ordered a replacement. Thankfully, I was still under warranty. Well, I hadn't heard anything from them so I called and after they did some checking was told my aid was delivered but they did not get it. So, they reordered it. I have yet to receive my aid and it's been a while. I found my aid and called and wanted to cancel but was advised that it was non refundable and that I should just keep it as an extra one. Well, I feel since I have waited so long and I know it's not their fault it was delivered, but they didn't receive it, I just think exceptions should be made and a gesture of good would be to refund my money. That's why I didn't give five stars. Customer Service is everything.”

“My husband brought in my van for undercoating and wax. Little did we know we would get it back looking like new!! Not only did they take care of the exterior, they cleaned the interior! I had no idea, and I feel horrible I left so much junk in my car. BUT they put all my belongings in the back, they even cleaned my cup holders and my glove box!!
