“I have always had a great experience with Hearing Life and the Staff is exceptional. I must admit I am a little disappointed due to a current situation. I misplaced/lost one of my hearing aids. After. I couldn't find it I called and ordered a replacement. Thankfully, I was still under warranty. Well, I hadn't heard anything from them so I called and after they did some checking was told my aid was delivered but they did not get it. So, they reordered it. I have yet to receive my aid and it's been a while. I found my aid and called and wanted to cancel but was advised that it was non refundable and that I should just keep it as an extra one. Well, I feel since I have waited so long and I know it's not their fault it was delivered, but they didn't receive it, I just think exceptions should be made and a gesture of good would be to refund my money. That's why I didn't give five stars. Customer Service is everything.”
