This lady treated me in a very kind and generous manner. Friendly courteous and Is a Phone Tech!!!!! I'm not completely knowledgeable of the specs on the phones she answered all my questions and helped me transfer all my data and explained in detail about the phone I was going to buy very inpressed !!!!. She really cares about customer service not treating you like another brick in the Wall!!! She should be held as an example for other employees how to conduct themselves , Maria goes beyond expectations!!! If there is any way to give her a letter of accomplishment I think that would be fitting. You should be very pleased you found a Diamond”
