“Emergency - basement flooding After some heavy rains my basement started flooding. I had no idea what to do so I googled a plumber and came across Apex Plumbing. I saw all of the good reviews and pleased customers so I gave them a call. I could not have been happier with my decision. Everyone I spoke with was professional and nice. They got to my home fairly quick, diagnosed the issue, and got to work. It wasn’t too long after and my basement was water free. The pricing was pretty reasonable for the great care I received. “I called 7 or 8 places for a quote to redo the entryway and lower bathroom of my home. Olympia was the most impressive of all the competition.... They answered every one of our questions, gave us several choices, and when it was time their proposal was done in writing ( another company did theirs on the back of a business card!!!). The proposal was very clear to understand, outlined every cost, including extras like moving furniture, etc. So there were no surprises. The installation crew arrived on time, wore booties to protect my floors, and worked very quickly and dust free during the installation. Every part of our experience with Joe and Olympia exceeded our expectations, and I will be calling again soon!”

He and his crew carpeted my whole house and placed all my furniture back where it belonged, and they didn't complain. They took great pride in their jobs and were happy to do it.
