“Came in to this location for the first time since I wanted to try it out. The teacher was Lauren and she gave the power yoga class. The class itself was good and challenging so that was a plus. As for the teacher, she gave good cues and did show herself how to do the poses. The location has views looking south to Roosevelt and West, there is plenty of sunlight from the big windows so I felt energised while doing yoga. There are 3 showers , lots of lockers and ample space. You can also buy mats, towels, clothes oils and more. Well organized and clean. Parking is free for the first 90 minutes, don't forget to validate your parking ticket, and there is also paid parking. Lastly Yoga Six offers plenty of classes from beginners to the more advanced.”
