“This is the kind of place where if you want the whole wash, cut, and dry you'll have to specifically say you want the wash, cut, and dry. I was worried I'd have a terrible time because of some of the reviews I saw, but it was fine. Asked for a bob and got one. The woman was attentive, checking in with me to see if she'd cut my hair to the right length and asked if I wanted cold water for my color treated hair. It was not the most amazing, stunning hair cut experience I've had, but a pleasantly average one. For that I am thankful.”
