(December 7, 2018, 2:03 pm)Look, its embarassing that we got them in our apartment but these guys were discrete and they did the job right. For a 3 bedroom they charged around 850 but i haven't seen a bug around since. It takes 2 treatments and you have to be out of the appartment for a couple of hours. They also used pet friendly means of extemination since i have a dog so i really appreciated that.

Windy City Bug Specialists were extremely professional and understanding of how awful of an experience it is to be faced with this problem. I feel very confident in their services and would recommend them to anyone.
(April 25, 2018, 10:19 pm)Highly professional and courteous from the very first contact. I made telephone call that was answered promptly. All my questions were answered. I was assured once in their hands I will have nothing to worry about. They worked around my available time, they were prompt and efficient. Instructions were easy to follow and after two visits (treatments) our nightmare was over. I would recommend them without hesitation. They are courteus, prompt efficient, clean, professional, and very reliable. I give them five stars and very trilled with the service I received.
