“Doctors and nurses that genuinely care and extremely knowledgeable (we love Dr. Vu and Nurse Rachel), convenient hours, great new/updated office with attached parking or free street parking, kind and prompt office staff. I've always gotten a call back from when I page the Doctor on call within 30 minutes; as a first time mom who's overly cautious this is amazing. I've also never had any issues scheduling a same day appointment for non-routine visits. Only con is their phone system that doesn't put you on hold if the line is busy and forces you to leave a voicemail, the staff is good with getting back to you within the same day but with all the positives about this practice, this is really a non-issue.”
