It would be 5/5 if my business was handled like that the first time Avoid this place at all cost. I took an eye exam for contacts in November and was told my trial contacts will arrive in a week, but they never did (it's January now). I asked them in person multiple times, and they always say that someone will call me, but nobody ever does. Or that there's contact lenses shortage - which there isn't. I cannot use information from Costco exam at another optometrist because they didn't put enough info on it, so I wasted $135. The doctor who scammed me was Stephanie Roytman. Staff never knows what's going on, and always lies about calling back, and they don't pick up phones either. Do not go to this place, they'll scam you.”
