But at Angels. The kid is out here in the freezing cold working. Thank you. To all the non Pilsen residents about it being illegal to change tires or not who cares. You would know it’s been like this forever if you are long time resident of Pilsen. To all you street lawyers out there bet you don’t know what bank business started at the corner of the tire shop. It’s still in business today.”
