“Pretty much the staple of McDonald's. The drive through is fast and they have waiting area to bring out food if it's not ready yet. Although I ordered fries at one point and they were in the process of making a fresh batch, it was nice and salty just how I like them. I didn't go inside so I can't say how clean there tables and floors are.”

“I came in here the other day early in the morning (Wednesday) looking for flowers for my mother in law. The lady who helped us put together 2 sets of flowers into one. She was nice enough to do it off the clock. I was short on time as I had to dash across the city for work. She didn't even hesitate to go out of her way for us. I myself would do the same for customers regardless of employment. It brought me joy to see another person go out there way just for a happy customer as I strive to do the same so I just want to give her another BIG thank you for going out of her way for a customer great service.”

“Update. Manager a fellow named Phan. Cordial, focused on business. Competent, except used what was on record versus what I carefully wrote as shipping destination. This was corrected after I reviewed information. Receipt now given without asking. Not very busy. A couple of folks behind me. Clean. Neat. Decent price on 100 feet of bubblewrap. Compostable shipping peanuts - not styrofoam. WC accessible MF bathroom. Adult and child drinking fountains. Even cold soft drinks. Glad I came back. Parking with WC accessiblity right outside in the huge lot of North Mayfair Commons, shared with Jewel/Osco, Pizza Hut, H&R Block, others. Typical packaging and shipping products. Printing. Fax. Limited selection of business, personal productivity, books and CD'S. I had to ask for my shipping receipt. Staff seem aloof, disinterested, as if they'll get around to you. It did not use to be that way. It's not the service rendered, it's the attitude towards task and customer, that matter.When I get told "I don't have no control 'bout that" I understand maybe they get unfairly blamed. I would have hoped for some assurance, or "sorry that happened." I know costs went up, but...So I stopped coming here, and go to the one on North Lincoln Ave in Lincolnwood instead.”

“As far as Starbucks go this one is quite nice. There are fewer areas with outlets than other locations. But I don't mind. It's interesting spend the day as the clientele is mostly from North Park University and the usual commuter crowd. The staff are sweet and prompt.”

They came out to our home assessed the work to be done , brought in a crew of workers and before we knew it the work was done to perfection.. I was glad to know that they are backed by the BBB. “Excellent Service. Always responsive and quick, even when busy. The right McDonald's if you have kids, since not too many locations have Play Place. (And the separate area for parties and active little ones) Took off a star since they don't offer the refill machines or order kiosks. The Foster location provides table service, which is a nice gesture; to have friendly staff take the time to serve you. So compared to Foster, this one could use an upgrade. For families, this location has the space. For quality and service I'll go to Foster.”
