“This shop has been on my bucket list for a few years and I finally got the chance to stop by in early September. What can I say - I don't go to the city very often! In any case, it is located in the historic Deagan Building and you need to be buzzed in. Luckily, there is plenty of free parking on Ravenswood - not subject to Richie Daley's stupidest parting gift to the city - the overpriced pay boxes. Emilia has a fantastic sense of style and has curated a wonderful collection of designer clothing, shoes, and accessories in superb condition. It's an enjoyable place to shop, even if you're only browsing. I particularly loved the designer purses and shoes. And Emilia is super nice - I didn't feel like a second-class citizen like I do when I shop at Blake and Ikram. While I didn't purchase anything, I enjoyed taking photos and I'd consign with her in a heartbeat. This delightful shop is well worth a visit for every fashionista who appreciates barely used or never worn haute couture.”

“I was walking my dog today and stopped into Xtreme Supplements. The owner, Tom, was there and was very knowledgeable about health and wellness. The store is set up really well and looked very clean and well kept. Due to a medical condition, I am not able to take most supplements, due to the fillers and additives that are on a lot of different powders. He gave me some samples of plant based protein powder that did not have the additives to try. Tom wasnt pressuring me to buy anything and I'm excited to try the samples he gave me. He even asked if there was something that wasn't in the store that I wanted because he would be more than happy to order something for me. Tom genuinely seems to care about his customers and want them to be happy. I will definitely be a returning customer and I highly recommend this store and you'll be supporting a local business. Plus, he's a dog lover and my dog really liked him and he liked my dog”

“We have two 11-year old male Havanese, one of which our previous groomer wouldn't groom because he had just been diagnosed with a heart problem. We asked our vet for suggestions and she referred us to Dan saying "he is really good with 'special needs' dogs". When I picked them up after grooming they acted like they were coming home from a party and their puppy cuts were just spectacular. No groomer anywhere has ever come close to what Dan accomplished today. Too bad there are only 5 stars!”
