“I was lucky to have the best customer service ever!! Bianca was caring, fun, attentive. I was looking for a black vest all over the store because that’s what I wanted. She stood around, following me, helping me to look for options and talking to me about different brands and quality of items until I found what I wanted. I ended up buying a north face vest and jacket from the men section because that’s what we came up with. Lovely!!! Just freaking lovely. I didn’t ask her but I hope she is a manager there or Supervisor. She will lead by example. ❤️”

“Fast friendly service, free air, amazing rentals and a convenient location - right on the bike path. Definitely recommend this shop for any of your biker needs. They have professional bikes if you're a hardcore biker. You also can rent locks, buy a new bike, get any bicycle equipment you need all right on the spot. Get a bike ride South for views, or take a ride North to visit Chicago beaches.”

“I do not understand the bad reviews. It's a cheap bicycle shop that I only use for flats/basic repairs and they do a perfectly fine job. If you have a high end bicycle, take it to a high end shop. I have been here over a dozen times and have never had a problem. Nice dog in the front too, no idea why people are complaining about the dog.”

“I had an absolutely flawless experience with DS Bicycles. I took my bike in for a tune-up, and was given an estimate on how long it would take. The actual work was completed exactly according to the estimate. The pricing was completely fair, the staff was friendly, and my bike rides great. I'll absolutely go again.”
