Physicians Immediate Care

I had an online appointment. When I came in I was #3 on the list that was on the screen. I finally made it to #1. They took two people ahead of me which added 30 plus more minutes of unnecessary wait time. I finally got up and asked what’s going on? I asked if they are supposed to be following the order on the screen. The front desk woman said yes. She did go to the back and get it fixed. Seems like they need better quality control so people don’t wait unnecessarily.

The nurses and physicians are excellent and are down to earth. I was treated like a human and not some piece of cattle. Definitely will be using this place again.

Would give more stars if possible. I came in for a quick test to rule out COVID before going to my PCP for trouble with my asthma. After taking my oxygen saturation and seeing it was low, the PA Mr. Tahboub and the nurse went above and beyond to quickly give me a breathing treatment when most immediate cares would have just sent me on my way after the test. He and the nurse checked on me to make sure I was doing okay more than once, and he even walked me around the office to ensure I wouldn’t get too winded walking to my car. I was blown away with the time and effort he and his staff put in to make sure my health was a priority. The best Physicians Immediate I’ve ever been to by far!

I can’t describe how pleased I was with the entire experience. I took my 5 year old daughter in and met Dr Soorya. He was kind, informative and made a reasonable diagnosis and treatment plan. I will no longer think of going to an Advocate/Aurora facility, I will return here if necessary.

Called ahead of time to verify that they could look up my insurance without having my insurance card. I’m new at my job and haven’t received my physical card yet. They confirmed that it was not a problem at all and all they needed was my name and DOB to look it up. When I arrived for my appointment they lady at the desk, Sarah, was so nice about the situation, but she said that whoever I talked to spoke out of turn and that it wasn’t something they could do. She tried to help as best as she could by calling the insurance company but couldn’t get anywhere without my member number. Luckily I’m in a position where I could pay out of pocket and file a claim later, but not everybody is in that position, so it could be a real problem for some when the billing/insurance info given is incorrect. The techs were both amazing! The place was basically dead, which was a nice change of pace. Not sure if it was just the day/time or if it was this particular location.
