“Great service and communication. I would highly recommend them (I worked with Charles) My parked car was rear-ended by a delivery truck trying to make an illegal U-turn. I contacted Tesla Collision, send photos of the damage and they were able to get me a prelim estimate within 1-2 business days which I submitted to the insurance company. I dropped the car off and they provided me with updates Monday Wednesday Friday via text. They arranged for the local enterprise to come pick me up on arrival so I can get my rental car. This particular shop had the earliest availability in the Chicago land area by at least 2-3 weeks. Some Tesla approved collision centers are booked out over 4-5 months. The whole job took about 2.5-3 weeks, which is really good for this car and this climate of supply chain issues. Just as an FYI: some insurances don't work w/ Tesla (as they charge a higher premium for hourly rates). Specifically GEICO doesn't work with them unless the customer wants to pay for the difference out of pocket. They do work well w/ Traveler's.”

Their estimate was very fair and best of all the price didn't change after the job was done. I dropped off my car overnight which was convenient since I work during their same working hours and they had my car ready the next day by afternoon. When I dropped my car off I was really only expecting them to repair the damage but they went above my expectations and actually cleaned up my car real nice and filled my tires with air. I had a cracked wheel; was given the option of repairing or replacing. Their replacement cost was 1/2 that of the dealership. Tires were also worn and at end of life. Their prices for the same tires were ~500 cheaper than Costco. Add excellent customer service to that and you can't go wrong.”
