Juanita really takes the time to teach and help you modify your practice to fit your own. She takes a lot of care in building to the correct positions so that you won't hurt yourself in the long run and that they feel "delicious". As well as teaching the philosophy and importance of yoga as whole and not just as a fitness regiment. Love it!
