Even with the large crowd, Adem continued to get each customer out the door with a smile on their face. AMAZING JOB ADEM!

(October 14, 2016, 8:25 am)My boyfriend and I waited in line for the new iPhone plus on the store release date, unfortunately the pluses were not released in store which was really frustrating but Dylan the store manager told us we could order them in store right then. The process took a while but Dylan was extremely helpful. He even let us ship or phones to the store since we didn't feel comfortable shipping them to our apartment. We were also looking for cases and didn't see any we liked, Dylan showed us the online website and ordered us the cases we really liked. When our phones came in the customer service was great again. Dylan made sure we turned the phones on there to make sure our contacts synced etc. This location is not the closest to my apartment but I will go back here any time I need to go to an at&t store due to the awesome service we were provided. Thanks Dylan for making our experience great!
