When Kim came to give me an estimate, he was thorough and very knowledgeable. I had several projects in mind, and he told me the pros and cons of each. When Kim arrived two days later and performed the work, I couldn't have been more pleased. He did an incredible job! He was friendly, helpful, and did outstanding work. Excellent service! We reached out after a jacuzzi bath tub malfunctioned. Zack was dispatched to our house the next day and found the issue very quickly. His attention to detail is commendable. Kim is highly professional and commendable for his problem solving abilities. He is ethical and very competent in the trade.
