“My husband and I got stuck at the Chicago airport for a night and we quickly needed to find a place to stay. This hotel came up on my Google search and I'm so happy that it did. We were able to get a room right away and the front desk staff was so nice and getting us a few toiletries to get us through the night seeing as our bags were stuck at the airport. The shuttle was very convenient and the staff was so welcoming and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel anyone especially if you end up needing quick place to stay from a delayed flight.”

“My experience renting at Routes was great. A gentleman name Andrei helped me and he took really good care of me as this was my first time renting through a third party booking service. Routes requires renters to have a copy of their insurance card otherwise it is mandatory that you buy liability insurance from them. Some other individuals being helped were not happy about this but the staff handled it extremely well. Andrei and all of the staff were professional and worked quickly. The rental process was easy, the price was great, the car was perfect for what I needed and I would definitely rent from Routes again.”
