“I went in to the store in Chicago at the Fashion Outlets and Sergio Olivares was there to greet me with a warm welcome and smile. I explained to him the issue I was having with my earphones, he asked if I had time to spare so he could check a few things and updates I never knew I needed to do. After the updates didn't work, we called tech support. After both of us speaking to them and tech support giving me instructions that did not apply to my situation, he asked for the phone back and took control. He explained that my situation was different and that Bose was able to do an exchange on my earphones and that the steps they had me trying did not apply to my model. They must have put him on hold for a very long time, because next thing I knew, he told me he was going to make sure I left a happy and satisfied customer. Sergio did the exchange and apologized for the inconvenience of both tech support and the wait in the store. I explained to him that listening to him on the phone with tech support and there unwillingness to help either one of us and his above and beyond - can do attitude and make the customer happy, made me a huge fan of his and the wait time or inconvenience was the last thing on my mind. You truly have a wonderful, hard working dedicated employee in your staff and I hope this makes it to him. Bose has great products and I've always been a fan but Sergio made the experience and turned me into a lifetime customer who will make sure I tell everyone about him and my great experience. I was with a friend who wasn't sure he was interested in buying anything that day and after watching Sergio and listening to him my friend was very impressed by the customer service I was receiving and decided to purchase the ear buds he was looking at.”

“I recently moved and was tired of driving 20-30 minutes to my usual car wash place. I pass Windy City every day on my way home from work. Finally decided to give them a try. I picked the deluxe wash and the car came out great! Granted I always keep my interiors very clean. When I got home I found maybe 2 water spots that I quickly took care of with a towel (no problem). My usual place always left a lot of spots so I was really surprised when I got home. I was also surprised that the tire shine didn't fling all over the paint from the quick drive home (again... The other places tire shine would fling all over the fenders). Anyway 5 stars from me. Now I know where to go when I need a wash. I'll definitely visit Windy City again. I like to keep my cars clean. You have a repeat customer for sure.”

“Had a remote start installed on my manual last week after being told by several different shops that they only work on automatics. I have had no problems, coming out to a warm car every morning has been great, and I wish I would have found this place sooner. Steve and his staff are professional, extremely patient and friendly. Steve took plenty of time to thoroughly explain the differences between all of his remote start products and to answer all of my questions. The install only took an hour and a half and Steve clearly explained how the remote start worked in 5 minutes, and I was out the door.
