“This is your average truck rental place. Nice and clean but we were assured on the phone that our truck would have a lift gate. Once we arrives they switch their tune and said that none of their cross country trucks have lift gates. It made our move very hard. The guy behind the counter was very apologetic and gave us a nice discount. ”

“Room was very nice. Good view of downtown Chicago skyline from my window. Nice bed. Huge TV. Room came with nice lounging area. Downside: right next to airport, so noisy at times, but to be expected. Shower didn't drain without my holding the drain cover open. Check in was a breeze through the app and I was able to pick my room and got said room. Was even and to check in about an hour early. Had a nice lounge/bar to hang out in. And Starbucks also in hotel. Within easy walking distance to the Blue Line and several restaurants.”

“Very clean laundromat. I've moved back and forth between the city and the schiller park area & I would purposely drive all the way from the city to this laundromat for that exact reason. Friendly staff, always helpful if you have an issue. One of the last coin ops I've seen, and I love that. It is a shame I will no longer be able to see my favorite attendant Pia!”
