The Concierge service - and John Baron in particular have been in touch every step of the way since my first frantic call for help figuring out the logistics of this move. It has been incredible. My sons' cross-country move to Chicago was handled on that end by the Midway location and GM Elliott who personally handled the delivery of their 8 footer to 2 different apartments in Lincoln Park. Again, he was in touch, incredibly helpful, kind and and responsive. A+++++ Would never consider a u-haul or any other such thing ever again. Thank you!”

“This place does a pretty good job of getting you out in a decent period of time They are not difficult to get into and they have ample space for trucks to maneuver I have never had an issue with any of the product being wrong or damaged when I arrived to my destination They used to have a princess working right behind the glass when you arrived, but she is now sitting one desk further back so that is the downside I no longer get to be greeted by Princess when I get there but on a lucky and good day sometimes she turns around just to say hello which makes the trip well worth it ????????”
