“Stayed the night. Enjoyed the large indoor pool along with it's smaller kid friendly pool the gets to the depth it 3 1/2 feet. My son had a blast swimming as no one else was in the place. The rooms are clean , spacious, and nicely decorated. The bathroom was large with a nice walk in shower. Will definitely return for another stay and recommend to friends/ family.”

“I own a small bakery in PA and found Pierce Equipment online. I needed a stainless steel hood for my fryer and they had one listed. I called them and arranged to buy it. Since my family is from Chicago, my husband and I made the trip. The original hood (larger than we needed but price was right) we were going to purchase was sold but they had another perfect size for us. We negotiated a good price. Their staff cleaned it spotlessly for us and helped us load it onto a trailer. Later their salesman called to check in on us and share some information about the hood. We were so pleased with this business. I am surprised to read all this negativity on google and wonder how much is personal issues someone has with the owners, I do not know the owners but I know I am happy with my experience with the business. Always try to stop in when we visit Chicago. Thanks.”

Everything was freshly prepared and delicious! Our order was packed with care, complete with garlic breadsticks, and even a nice surprise of chocolate mints! “I honestly can't fathom why this place has such bad reviews. I've stopped here multiple times over the past year & every time the food has been on point. The place is also clean, having the best burger king bathroom I've ever seen & the janitors seem to come out & mop every hour. Food quality wise this is one of those Burger King gems that make the perfect burger with quality ingredients every time. Outside of the burgers things aren't as good, but still better than most Burger Kings. The buns are fresh as well as soft which is awesome. Decor wise it's your standard modern BK. From what I can tell everything looks to be newly renovated. Overall you won't be disappointed coming here. The staff makes the food fresh which means a little longer wait time, but it's piping hot & hasn't been sitting out all day. 5 out of 5 stars”
