(December 15, 2017, 1:34 pm)My Uncle's hearing was really bad so we visited the Park Ridge location and were served by Ben. There were considerably more decisions involved than I expected but Ben explained all our options and was knowledgeable in all. One earpiece malfunctioned so we went back and within 5 days we had a replacement. Ben also "fine tuned" the aids to my Uncle's preference and he is hearing perfectly now!
