“Early this summer I had an accident that caused a pretty deep cut on my forehead. It was almost an upside down Y shape and one part went quite deep. I was at the Glenbrook hospital and they were able to get Dr. Fisher to agree to see me 24 hours later rather than stitching me in the hospital. I’m so grateful I found her. 6 months have gone by and I did what I was told keeping the scar out of the sun for months. And I have to say, Dr. Fisher did a remarkable job. I thought I would see this scar at least or several years but it has already faded to where I really never notice it at all.”

“Frankie and Julie were great! Everyone was kind and knowledgeable. I wanted something a little more complex than what I normally do so I made an appt at Salon Fusion. When I told Frankie (colorist) what I wanted to do in terms of color and style, he was already aware of that style and what color would work best so I didn't have to explain too much or show that many photos (which made me feel more at ease). Usually when I get my hair done, I don't talk too much but Frankie was very nice and we had a great convo! I definitely had a lot of questions since it's been awhile since I've had color and Frankie answered them all. Julie (hairstylist) provided a lot of good advice and suggestions, which I'm not use to and really listened to what I was saying. With other hairstylists I've gone to, I'll tell them what I'm thinking and they'll just do that (no advice or suggestions). When I came in, I wanted to try out bangs (but wasn't sure what style bang exactly) and with Julie's guidance, she advised on what bangs would look best for me.”

It's much needed instruction after a year of isolation. The student assistants are also wonderful, kind, and patient. They root for their peers (or correct them when necessary.) This school is a wonderful place to give your kid a sense of accomplishment and camaraderie. What a gift to have this business make its home in Northfield.
