Laura is legit - she truly knows everything, from style, etiquette, wording, and is extremely friendly and makes your wedding day feel important! We were thrilled with our save the dates, invitations, and escort/place cards with the help of Jill. The only constructive note I have is that our invites seemed to all have a curve through them, versus laying totally flat - perhaps it was because the thickness of the paper, but when you're paying 1K for invites, you expect them to lay flat. However, we would still use them again, and will continue to shop there for cards, etc. even though we live in the city! It was worth the trip every time to place orders and pick them up. “Christmas Eve visit to Chantilly Lace with my daughter. We were greeted like old friends by Bella. She was gracious and helpful in assisting my daughter with bras and shape wear for her wedding dress. The store was bustling with shoppers. Yet, we felt special. My daughter was happy with her selections! On our way out, Larissa hugged me and thanked me for being us for being her customers. This is a great store with fantastic and elegant undergarments. “I had one treatment in the WIlmette office and was happy with the results overall although it was painful and very expensive, however for my second treatment (January 2019) which was set on a Tuesday I had made all my hotel reservations and travel arrangements. Friday night I get a call from Dan saying the Dr. had an emergency and would not be there Tuesday. Irina (the owner herself) just called me and was extremely apologetic about the situation. They are bending over backwards to get me in on Weds. so my arrangements will still work with a little tweaking on my part.”
