Great haircut every time. Leah was great: professional and friendly.

Very good customer service. I was happy with my haircut even though I'm a barber shop guy to the end this place with do for a quick haircut and good haircut. I would definitely come back. Was alittle disappointed that they didn't use the straight razor to shave my beard or line me up so I don't understand what the reason for the hot towel was if your not getting a shave. They said they weren't aloud to also I didn't like the fact that I couldn't even get my facial hair at least trimmed down with the clippers. That's why I wouldn't ever give up my barber for this place but it's a good second.

The new procedures for dealing with the current state of the world is awesome! Online checkin really streamlined the process and I appreciate that no one is inside the store lingering or waiting inside who is not currently receiving a haircut. The store is clean and all staff takes the time to properly sanitize after each cut. Kudos sport clips!
