“Very good customer service. I was happy with my haircut even though I'm a barber shop guy to the end this place with do for a quick haircut and good haircut. I would definitely come back. Was alittle disappointed that they didn't use the straight razor to shave my beard or line me up so I don't understand what the reason for the hot towel was if your not getting a shave. They said they weren't aloud to also I didn't like the fact that I couldn't even get my facial hair at least trimmed down with the clippers. That's why I wouldn't ever give up my barber for this place but it's a good second.”

“My son loves Little Steps! Before he started physical therapy here, he had a lot of trouble walking, but now he can’t stop racing his older brother around the house. The therapists are warm and welcoming, and they make the sessions fun for him. The North Shore location is also really convenient.
