“Hello Tom and the folks at Brilliant, Our 25 year old furnace went out last Friday and we elected to use Brilliant Cooling and Heating to replace the furnace. Saul was the technician assigned to the project. He was fabulous. Personable, efficient and the hardest worker I’ve ever seen. He had help carrying the new furnace down the stairs but from then on, he was on his own for the entire day into the evening. I finally made him a P&J sandwich at 5:00PM since he hadn’t gone to lunch. He was quite responsive to our needs, cleaned everything up before he left and provided his cell number if we needed anything else.
