It has truly been my happy place during my time there. I started with them at 6 weeks postpartum after my 3rd c-section. I was in a rough place physically and mentally. After completing my treatments with them I feel so much stronger and motivated to begin my own exercise program again. Definitely consider them for all your physical therapy needs.”

“I love it here, and am writing this now from a massage chair while I get an IV drip and compression therapy. (The wifi is great, if you need to get work done while you're here!) The team is friendly and helpful, show a genuine interest in your well-being, and are quick to offer guidance without being pushy about selling services. I get regular IV therapy to help manage a chronic illness, and have also tried a handful of other services: I always leave here feeling great. As a bonus, their IV team is especially good at finding difficult veins like mine (especially Inta, who is wonderful). The manager, Karen, is especially kind and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone who wants help feeling great!”

“When I lived in the city I had a Whole Foods next to me so I’d go there all the time. They had the best flowers and you could even ask for them to create a bouquet for you. Now that I live in the burbs I don’t go as often (Mariano’s is my preference). The flower section here was not quite on par with what I had in the city. Not terrible, but not great. The rest of the store was kind of as expected, which is good.”

“I had an MRI performed at this facility in November 2018. I originally chose this facility because of convenient scheduling, close location, and the fact that they use Cleveland Clinic radiologists. I was also happy the price was known in advance and was very reasonable at $600, including the radiologist report. I scheduled by phone. I believe the person I spoke with said she was located in Colorado. She was very friendly and made the process easy. Check in on the day of the scan was uneventful. I was nervous about the test and also about being confined and still in the scanning tube for over 30 minutes with an apparatus over my head. My technician was Beverly. She was an complete angel. I cannot say enough about her comforting demeanor. I have had MRI's before, but never was someone so kind and thoughtful. She was able to complete the scan with no retakes or pauses, so no extra time in the tube. As promised I received my scan results well within 24 hours on line. It was read by a neuro-radiologist, as opposed to a general radiologist. Overall an excellent experience. I hope I don't need another MRI for a long time, but if I do, I would return to this location and schedule my scan while Beverly is on duty.”

“Most weeks, I'm only at this location on Thursday. The pool and whirlpool are closed in the middle of the morning every week. Not a very convenient time. The last thing I want to watch in the morning is partisan political programming. Can we please have sports on the TVs? Or infomercials! I'd rather watch infomercials. Otherwise, this club is one of the best locations I've been to.”
