“We used Melka years ago in Orland Park. Now we’re in New Lenox, and we remembered how pleased we were with them - so we bought trees and had them planted. Great price on the trees, and reasonably priced planting - what sets Melka apart, aside from the obvious high quality plants, is the customer service. Ongoing communication by text, constant effort to work around our availability, helpful and patient phone discussions, the planting crew was so efficient and patient with our questions (and when it was all done, they took the time to talk with us about future plantings). Even though we had a page of instructions to follow, we received a text explaining how we should water the new trees and thanking us for our business. This company does it right - they can do it all, but they treat even small jobs with the same care and expertise. Thank you, Melka! Update: Just had another Blue Spruce planted yesterday (10/2). For the life of me, I don’t know why anyone would choose any company other than Melka for landscaping and nursery service. I should add that the customer reps inside the store and on the phone as well as the team working the grounds are wonderful - friendly, helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Thank you, Melka!”
