I have known Walter and hired his company many times over the past 15 years. From complete tear off and replacement of my homes roof and gutters, to repair from a fallen tree. He repaired family member's hail damage and several roofs of my rehab rental homes. Walter's prices have always been competitive and the quality of his team's work is unsurpassed. Friends I've recommended him to rave how great the work was. When I sold my home, the inspector found a bath vent which was not vented through the roof. At the last minute Walter came out and repaired the vent, adding it through the roof and did it with a smile, all 3 years after replacing the roof. You won't find a person of higher integrity, better quality workmanship and more respectful a person than Walter. I highly recommend him to everyone.

Last summer I had to have a new roof installed on our home. Many of my neighbors who also had new roofs installed suggested that I call W-Kat Construction. The whole process of working with the owner Walter from start to finish was a fantastic experience. Our new roof looks beautiful and my wife and I couldn't be happier with the end result of the installation. The owner and his employees were all extremely professional, courteous, neat and never left a mess behind at the end of the work day. Even though a new roof is a costly expense I feel that I received a very fair price for the value that we were promised.
