“I hope this is the correct branch, a driver named Travis helped me this morning get my car started (Palos Heights). The whole morning was a nightmare and he took his time, he was kind and friendly and definitely put me at ease. He called me to let me know he was on his way, and even said hed wait for me to get there and told me to drive safe. He walked through a few things and made sure I was good to go before letting me drive away. Even called afterwards to make sure the car felt ok and had no warning lights. This world needs more Travis' in it. I hope this gets to the right person, I'd really like Travis to be recognized for what he did for me this morning.”
