“Let me start off by saying I never believed in going to a chiropractor. I have auto immune issues so my go to was to pop some pain medications to numb the pain. But I hurt my back in November 2016 pulling a turkey out of the oven and the upper neck and back pain was beyond excruciating. Nothing helped...heat, ice, massage, nor medications would give me an ounce of relief. I'm 29 years old and began smelling like a little old lady at a nursing home lathered up in Bengay...and that still didn't help. My family suggested going to a chiropractor to see if it would help. At that point I didn't care who I had to see or how much it costed....just relieve some pain. I was treated by 2 local chiropractors who's technique didn't work and they didn't know what else to do. So I searched for another chiropractor and came across Dr. Jason Kaapke. I called him at 3pm that day in tears telling him my story and he said to come in that night. At that point it hurt to walk, to lift my arms, turn my head, drive, and even to breathe in.He has thoroughly listened to every problem, fear, and worry. He has seen me in excruciating pain and in tears. After trying different techniques, sending me for scans, and even studying up on different ways to help my odd back injury.....he began relieving pain each visit. “A lot of aisles blocked due to fork lifts and pallets of product parked in aisles. Store was very busy Customer wise and with all the pallets blocking aisles and aisles closed due to fork lifts working made it difficult to mannuver through the store. Our cashier was Awesome, as most of them are. I am in this Sam's about every 10 days. The employees are always pleasant and seem to keep busy.”

“My sales rep Jerry Davis dis a great job of showing extraordinary patience with my many questions and looking and test driving vehicle after vehicle. I came back the next day and purchased a vehicle but had a very short time frame due to previous commitments. Purchase was competed but there were loose ends that they agreed to complete on Monday. When I came in on Monday I realized there were some misunderstandings in our agreement but since we signed the the contract and monies had changed hands, there was little I could do other than express my disappointment. The finance manager Joe knew I was not happy. He listened to my story and took it to the General Manager. To make a long story short, and much to my surprise, Joe came back in the office letting me know what they were going to do to make things right with me. I was shocked because legally I owned the car, there was nothing they legally needed to do.but they realized I was not a satisfied customer and were not going to let me leave the dealership that way. Other than the misunderstanding, it was a flawless transaction and they fact that they made a great faith effort to assure my satisfaction says everything I need to say about this dealership. “I mentioned in a survey for Dodge Ram, that the only improvement I saw a need for was marked parking for early service drop offs. Service was straightforward and well coordinated. Costs were expected. My only concern is I am still hearing cold engine noise, usually from valve tappets before oil gets to them. I’ll monitor and get back to you if it persists. Otherwise, a very nice service experience. I much prefer factory dealership service over an independent. Good work from your entire team.”
