“Love the feel in the salon! I worked with Emma and she was great and I was super happy with my first appointment with her! I felt like she really listened to what I liked and didn’t like and easily communicated back to me what her plan was based on that. I was unsure about the flat hourly pricing at first because my hair is pretty thick and can take awhile, but honestly it came out to about the same cost of what I use to spend at my old salon when you add in the tip. I have never seen a person pick out so many things I loved, nailing my style to a T each time. I had told one of the ladies that I was rotating between the same few clothing pieces in the last month and was looking to revamp my wardrobe. She forwarded me to Aista who welcomed me with a warm smile. Very intelligent and thoughtful girl. We spent a good 2 hours together and left with 6 new outfits I can proudly add to my closet!!! “I walked into the store, all 3 associates were extremely helpful. I asked the female associate (didn't get her name) to find me a few different shoes in size 13. Big let down, as the size was unavailable for a few styles. She got busy with another customer while i was looking for other shoes. Another associate (didn't catch his name either) assisted me and informed me that the all black Adidas are available for online order. I informed the associate I will look around more and let him know once I am ready to complete the purchase. While I was searching for more shoes to size check, Kevin came out of the back and assisted in checking a few shoes in size 13. I was in shock on how professional and curtious Kevin was with other customers while helping me at the same time. I informed Kevin I need all black shoes for work, he did his best and informed me what is available. Unfortunately, none of the available shoes were my style. Kevin found me basketball shoes in my size and further assisted me in ordering the other pair to ship to my house. I recommend asking for Kevin to receive exceptional service. Will go back and buy shoes from Kevin! 4 stars for not having my size available in store.”

“I go here a lot with my sister I love it it’s nice haven’t had any problems yet a lot of people say they give you nothing for your clothes but I’d expect that when your giving it to a store to resell USED so I don’t see that as a low star reason when you get asked from them if you accept the offer you can just say no if your not happy with it! I put a 4 star but the reasoning for a four is I do see stuff with stains or rips that they buy ive even had them buy a couple items from myself that had a stain or rip which is good on my part but do people actually buy ripped and stained stuff? Another thing is I can’t stand the placement of the price tags they make holes in every shirt you buy I would like to make a comment and say you could always put the price tag on the size tag so it doesn’t make holes in the shirt. Other than that great place for cheaper clothing!”
