(January 1, 2015, 5:43 pm)The showroom is spectacular. The service department is so clean. They are very helpful and make you feel like you are a VIP! I like that they work fast and deliver your car on time as promised.
(April 15, 2014, 10:55 am)I recently purchased a 2014 XJL and I Iove my car. The manager Frank was friendly, patient, and courteous. He did not give me any of that high pressure car sales talk which I can not stand. I was able to leave the dealership in one piece and come back over the weekend to purchase my car. Two weeks later when I hit a massive Cook County pot hole and ruptured my tire and broke my rim they had my car towed in and fixed everything at no charge. WOW!!!!!!! Brian, gave me great service with a smile and I even got a free loaner car for the day. These people know what great customer service is.
