“I recently went in to buy a car & honestly had the best experience of my life! I met with Big Mac and he was super nice & welcoming. Didn’t make me feel like I was talking to your “typical cars salesman” it was so awesome & comfortable. My bank wouldn’t let me take out my full loan and he let me take out as much as the bank would allow and then come back the next day with the rest which I couldn’t of appreciated more. While I came back to pay the rest I ran into a mechanic, Shane who took the time out of his day to take an extra look at my car and make sure everything was okay and in order. I couldn’t explain how appreciated I was & I tried paying him for his time but wouldn’t accept and said he was already getting paid. Such an amazing experience I’ve definitely found my car & mechanic men for life!”

“I had a wonderful experience. Because the service would be a bit longer than originally planed, I opted to try the refreshments. I appreciated that the cookies/chips/Frito's were individually wrapped and coffee was in single serve units. Jeff went the extra step to run next door to get the creamers (they were out). Most importantly, I was clearly told what was going to be done, what it would cost and the time estimate was accurate. The inspection form was explained & copy was given to me. This is July 2022, two years, five months into the Pandemic. The waiting room was clean and roomy. I felt safe (with respect to Covid), the staff was efficient & treated all the customers with respect. I really liked the electronic scheduler that kept track of each vehicle in the service area. I knew my tires were inspected as it came into the service area & felt confident that MY CAR was being looked after properly! ...Very cool that each car had its picture on the board. Check-in time was listed and the current time was also at the bottom of the screen.”

Overall, I feel like we got a great deal and we were in and out in a timely matter. The sales manager was transparent and didn’t go back and forth with negotiating. He gave us the best price up front and was able to beat another quote from another dealer by almost $1000.
