“I had a wonderful experience. Because the service would be a bit longer than originally planed, I opted to try the refreshments. I appreciated that the cookies/chips/Frito's were individually wrapped and coffee was in single serve units. Jeff went the extra step to run next door to get the creamers (they were out). Most importantly, I was clearly told what was going to be done, what it would cost and the time estimate was accurate. The inspection form was explained & copy was given to me. This is July 2022, two years, five months into the Pandemic. The waiting room was clean and roomy. I felt safe (with respect to Covid), the staff was efficient & treated all the customers with respect. I really liked the electronic scheduler that kept track of each vehicle in the service area. I knew my tires were inspected as it came into the service area & felt confident that MY CAR was being looked after properly! ...Very cool that each car had its picture on the board. Check-in time was listed and the current time was also at the bottom of the screen.”

“Dan was so nice and courteous to me with service with a smile. He provided me a schematic of the area where I needed parts from so I could point directly to it. Furthermore, he is stocking a part that I need so that I don't need to come up with the money up front and that it will be here waiting for me within the week. The parts department stays open very late for those of us that cannot get here during daylight hours and want to wait till after rush hour from 35 miles away. Overall, I feel like we got a great deal and we were in and out in a timely matter. The sales manager was transparent and didn’t go back and forth with negotiating. He gave us the best price up front and was able to beat another quote from another dealer by almost $1000. “Twan is truly a knowledgeable professional who looked at my stone and instantly knew what it was. I decided to drive in from Wisconsin (about 65 miles) after a quick phone call and he had exactly what I wanted. I had the ring worked on and sized and picked it up that same day. Price was very reasonable as well. Staff isn't overly friendly but they have a significant amount of pre-owned Tiffany pieces and I will definitely be back. I highly recommend this jewelry store.”
